Very eccentric sales person. Very positive and knowledgeable. A tiny bit pushy but backed off politely and quickly when we changed our minds. Got a solid table set that I'm in love with! I want to go back for couches and a king bedroom set!

A very enjoyable experience! David was our salesman and he was very personable, friendly , listened well to our concerns and our ideas on what kind of furniture we were looking to purchase. We did not feel pressured at all.
In the end he sold us a washer/dryer pair and gave us a great deal.
We will definitely visit this location again!
David is definitely an asset to your team!
    Sincerely
    Brad and Wendy Oleksyn

Nick Dent was the Ashley associate that took care of my two kids and I while we were looking at some furniture for my new house. He made us feel welcome, relaxed, and even brought some drinks and snacks. I found Nick to be very knowledgeable about the different styles, professional, and great with my kids. After getting a chance to find what my tastes were, he guided us to the perfect pieces for us. I intend on shopping at Ashley's more and hope that Nick takes care of us. Thanks Ashly.

My experience at Ashley Home Furniture was very good! I was on a mission to purchase furniture for my Mother as she was moving from Ontario to a Senior Living Residence in Saskatoon! I was greeted by Sofia and was treated very professionally! She used the large computer monitor to show me products that she could order! Loved this! I could see what I was ordering! I was given many options! Transaction was even completed over the phone after I thought about what I wanted and consulted with my brothers! Delivery has been set up! Very pleased overall!

My first time in the store today, I didn’t have a sales representative talk to me though, there were several on the floor talking. I left and came back after visiting another furniture store down the block. I came back because of the sale of the item I wished to purchase. I was then helped right away. The sales associate who I worked with was very helped and kind. Not as knowledgeable on the product I wished to purchase but very helpful. I hope that the couch (Acieona(spelling?) ) and love seat are power reclining as was indicated in the write up of the description online (infinite reclining positions) because that is what I based my purchase on, the sales associate didn’t know. She did not go ask anyone else either as she was so focused on a sale. So I am hoping that the write up is representative of the items I bought.

We left the store feeling good about our purchase then we found out we were misled about the warranty. We only have one piece delivered, and it's like pulling teeth trying to get the second piece delivered.

ETA: My favourite part is how Carlos told us that it was made in Canada. I really should have known not to trust him but I did. The tags not only said made in China but had mostly Chinese characters. Stupid me.

Also who is this Dwayne and why is he paying for fake accounts to shill for him. I thought people quit doing that. So tacky.

Love it, everyone was wonderful. Dwayne is an exceptional salesman, they were a little busy so the sales manager stepped in and it was like they didn't skip a beat. They are an exceptional team and after four visits and an awesome experience every time I won't shop anywhere else!!! Steven

We were greeted by Dwayne Larson and after a brief conversation about what we were shopping for, we requested he leave us to browse the beds on display. Once we found the right bed we invited him back to give us some more specific information and pricing. He offered to analyze our sleeping positions with their computerized bed and was able to confirm the matress we chose was also recommended for us. He was able to give us a great deal and we left as very happy customers. We really appreciated his non-pushy sales technique. It was a good shopping experience.

We have purchased furniture at Ashley in Saskatoon many times, and we've always had excellent service. Cameron helped us the last time and even moved furniture around for us to see what something looked like. Fasil, a manager, had helped us on numerous occasions and is very accommodating and helpful, including seeing what he can do to work within a target price range/budget. Plus, everything we have bought looks great and has been excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Ashley's furniture is great. Dwayne was fantastic! He got me everything I needed without a question. They even offered us coffee pretty sure that's not happened to me before. Great experience. And I definitely recommend visiting if you're trying to buy modern furniture at a good price.

Bought a sofa and love seat from Ashley Furniture in October 2014. The cushions have not even held up, I'm on my 3rd set of cushions. The frame broke last year when I sat down on it, they took it back and fixed it at the shop. Once I got it back there was a squeak on it every time I sat down. They took it back to shop and fixed it. 4 days ago I sat down and the other support in the couch broke. Now they are going to have to take it to the shop and fix it again. I'm 185 poundsthe only way I could break furniture is by jumping on it. My warranty is running out and once it's gone I'll be stuck with this junk. I'll never step foot in any Ashley store again nor will I recommend them. After spending over 2000 dollars you'd expect quality, and quality is what you will NEVER find at Ashley Furniture. I got ripped off. What a disaster, don't waste your time or your money.

Bought a sectional for over $3,000 down from the original $5,000 ticket price. Love the color, style and the sales man we dealt with.
However once we picked up the piece in store realized there was a spring or something sticking out of the back of the corner piece. Because the sales man told us any manufacturer defects would be fixed we discussed with a lady whom called to check on the status of our new purchase. They informed us then that we were out of the service area by only a few miles and that we would have to bring it in to Saskatoon- over a 3 hour drive. We discussed that this was not what we were told. We got no call backs and the company left the responsibility on us to bring up a piece that was given to us defective.
When paying that much I expect what they say in store is the truth and they will honor their promises and stand behind their products.
I am fairly unhappy with the quality of the price as well as the backs and cushions are not holding their shape as good as I hoped. When spending that much on a piece I expected not only better service but better quality.
I would not buy anything from there again just due to my experience.

BRUTAL - thats how I would now say my experience with Ashley Furniture has been. I was convinced to pay extra for the Ashley Care - DON'T DO IT!!! It has been over 3 weeks and they can not find anyone willing to repair my microwave which I paid $700. Of course this is not what I was assured of prior to buying my appliances. In fact I am still waiting for the fridge tech as well. I have had 2 days off work already either waiting for the repair guy that doesn't show up or the one that looks at a fridge and says yes needs a new gasket I'll have to order that. Not to be picky but it did say in the work order that the gasket was needing to be repaired.
Now the rant about the customer service - Horrible. I was told on several occasions someone would call me back to let me know what was happening. Guess what I have always had to call back. The only time someone called back is when I sent an email explaining what good customer service was. The response was I'm not sure what you want us to do. Really????? Either fix my microwave or bring me a new one. I can tell you right now I have 5 sisters that were looking for new appliances and they have already marked Ashley Furniture off there list of places to go. I assure you I will never be back. They just missed out on the $5000 I spent on living room furniture and pretty sure they will miss out on the purchase of my basement furniture. If I could have given no stars I would have but in order to post you have to give at least one.

Worst customer service and quality. After one year, furniture was peeling and flaking off. Refused any compensation or service. This was even after spending almost $200 for leather protector when we purchased the 2 piece leather sofa & loveseat and extra warranty that didn't cover the actual fabric. Really pissed off. Will never buy from Ashley's again.

Will never shop here again! Girlfriend and I went in just to browse as we are in the midst of buying new furniture for our apartment. We were met by a lady (can't remember her but it started with an S) who at first was friendly, but began being extremely pushy, and tried telling us what we wanted. We said several times that we just were curious if the sectionals they sold would fit our apartment living room. While looking at mattresses, she chased us down and began trying to tell us our choice on a mattress was not smart and her choice was "far comfier". Than when I had mentioned we needed stools, she made us feel stupid and questioned us when we said we wanted stools without a back rest. As I asked for a card and were on our way, we were bombarded at a podium towards the front doors, by a guy who was even more pushy and tried using cheap lines on us like "if I made the price cheaper would you buy it now instead?" While both him and the sales rep were being pushy and rude. I liked a few of their options, but because of our treatment tonight, I'll be buying at Leons.
