  I am a long time Aroma customer and to say that I was great let down is an understatement.
  
  
  
  I have a very busy job and look forward to the few moments when I get to sit down and enjoy my favourite lentil soup from Aroma. Today, however, that changed. I ran down to Aroma in the Urban Eatery to get a few moments of peace and have my soup and I was shocked when I took a sip and the soup was ice cold! I took the soup back and asked for a hot bowl of soup, as one would expect - I hadn't ordered gazpacho! I was given a fresh bowl of hot soup, and I was happy thinking it was a simple oversight. I opened the soup and floating around on the top of my soup was some kind of fuzzy hair - needless to say, I lost my appetite and that bowl of soup went directly into the trash.
  
  
  
  I returned back to work, hungry, disgusted and extremely disappointed. I have been severely put off by ever returning to Aroma again and I certainly will not be indulging in the soup or recommending it!
