After interviewing other competitors in the Toronto area, we felt confident with this company. The rep (though needed deodorant) was knowledgeable and was a no nonsense guy who was able to answer all our questions. He readily admitted that they weren't the cheapest company to go with but explained why. The installers were very professional. They protected the work area and laid down runners in the traffic areas. Very self sufficient and hard workers. They even came up with a better solution to location of the sump pump. Great job, good price.

I called Aqua Tech to get an estimate on replacing my water proofing because I hit ground water while digging a trench near the house. Shawn came by and was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. He didn't push any product and in fact told me I didn't need to worry about the water at all.
Was really happy to come across a company that didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very happy with the advice I received from Scott. Will definitely call Aqua Tech if I need their services in the future.

Noticed mold in basement of old house. Moisture was getting into the block foundation. Nico was helpful in explaining options and the quote was fair. Terry and his crew were great to deal with during the work. Very friendly and did the work as cleanly as possible. Very happy with the service. Would recommend.

"We went to three companies for a quote, Aqua Tech was not the most expensive company but they definitely were not the cheapest. They were, however the most professional.
Nico come to the house and very professionally walked us through the process and what needed to be done. He was thorough in his analysis and took the time to explain the various steps needed to remedy the situation.
The team showed up to the complete the work at the agreed upon time and date. They were prompt and courteous. They clean up when they were done and left the area as if it had never been touched.

Just had our basement leak dealt with by Aquatech. Received an on-site quote from Eugene very promptly and he patiently explained what needed to be done. Technicians that came to do the installation were polite and very mindful of keeping the surrounding area clean. Work looks well done. Will wait until the winter time to see if it holds up well!

Water was coming into the basement of my house so we needed to fix that. From my first encounter to the last, I had a great experience with Aqua Tech Waterproofing.Olga was very friendly and very flexible and was able to accommodate a time that worked for me to have someone give me a quote. Nico came to my house and very honest and knowledgeable. He explained to me what the issue was and what they were going to do to fix it. He also explained how long the process would take and exactly what materials will be used.I was also quoted by other companies for waterproofing and honestly, Aqua Tech had the most reasonable price. After deliberating with my family, we decided to go with Aqua Tech. Igor and his worker came and was able to complete the work a timely matter. They were very respectful of my property and completed the waterproofing amazingly!

The guy I dealt with, Andrew was his name, a very professional and courtesy person that was able to easily communicate the issues with our foundation and offered solutions on how to fix them. He did a terrific job as an on-site problem solver and demonstrated a lot of experience and knowledge. He was able to offer reasonable solutions to all the issues that came up during the job. I would say I look forward to working with them again in the future, but they did such a great job first time around, I don’t think they’ll be anything for them to do.

"Salesman Nico responded promptly. Very professional, knowledgeable, suggested creative solutions to unique challenges. He was straightforward and honest. I trusted him immediately. Far superior to the other companies from whom I sought quotes.
Slava and his installation crew were terrific. They showed up on time, work VERY HARD, knew exactly what to do, were very neat and efficient. Communicated with me throughout so I knew exactly what they were doing and why.
This job was not cheap but the price was in line with the other quotes and Aquatech actually included some steps that the others didn't.

This company lives up to its excellent reviews. They are efficient, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and dependable. From the initial competitive quote by Eugene to the impeccable clean-up by the hard-working crew (Igor and Richard), this company did a fantastic job. Igor and Richard showed up at 8:00 and worked steadily until nightfall to ensure that the work was completed before another rainfall. They are amazingly hard workers! Eugene provided a good alternative to the installation of a sump pump. It would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring waterproofing work.
