  This clinic is brutal! We have been accompanying our 87 year old mother to appointments here. The doctor was good but the wait times are long. Waited for 1.5 hrs to see the dr. for 10 minutes. Setting up virtual appointments is almost impossible. The administrative people here have no idea what they are doing! Still waiting to get results from tests sent to referring doctors. If you have the choice go somewhere else. There is no customer service at this clinic.

  Worst clinic ever! I am doing Family practice here. But cannot get to see same doctor. So have to explain to every different doctor. They dont even check your chart. Its been 3 months I am suffering from gastric problems; they are not doing gastro referral even after my request. They treat you like a statue. The doctors calls are even after 2 hours the time supposed to be phone consult. They want you to die at their doors.
  So, I ended up going to emerge and having a gastro referral from another walk in clinic.
  Looking for new FP doctor soon.
  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
  DON’T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL OR GO THERE!!!!

  I would have given them a 0 but thats the lowest i can give. Staff in customer service was very unprofessional and insensitive. It seemed like she didn't care about the patients and the people calling. I booked an appointment and she sent me to a clinic 2 hours away from my house, when I got there they told me she did not book anything for me. It was such a waste of time. I called them back to reschedule another but they never picked up and when they did, they always hung up. Really bad service, they wasted my time.

  Dont waste your time. Go elsewhere. I had a virtual apt yesterday, while waiting I was claimed a no show and cancelled the apt. Called in and they rescheduled my apt for an hour later for a phone call, never received a phone call. Would rate 0 if I could!

  if i could have rated minus, i would have.
  This so called medical centre is for if you want to die, then go to visit this place.
  Dr. Pamela was absolutely delightful.
  ultrasound and xray was done on me. after one week i am still waiting for the results. Fortunately, i went to the emergency department and within two hours i have seen a doctor and the proper diagnostic was done .
  This place should be closed down.
  This place is fraudulently obtaining money from the Ontario health plan.
  Patient care is non-existent.
  Stay far away from visiting this place. If you don't care about living, only then you should go there.
