To the president, manager and future clients,
Hey Guys, just to make you aware please don’t buy tickets from this company . The customer service is very bad .
My sister bought a ticket from them for a flight in March from New Delhi to Toronto . Because of COVID lockdown the flight did not took off. Now we are calling them to get our refund they said flight took off from Delhi which is completely lie and refusing to refund our hard earned money especially in these COVId crisis, you need it most.
Nuway is totally responsible to refund our money as Per TiCO
If you all reading this , Humble request don’t ever buy anything from them . Staff is totally unprofessional . Rude bad customer service and according to this situation is totally fraud.response / report this review -

Literally the best agency in brampton, working with them from my arrival in Canada. they never said no to me. Staff is good. And they treat everyone in a great manner. Maybe the only agency in the town to provide consistently good pay rates in every work. I wanna Thanks Nu way for providing me work.

I will strongly advice people don't waste your time in this agency. They are rude and nonprofessional. I requested them for any kind of job. Part time full time, day or night and got totally non serious, unethical and non professional response. If someone coming to you and desperately needs a job means it is matter if their bread and butter. They don't understand.
Please please friends go somewhere else for job and they will really help you.
