I cannot speak to the dry cleaning but I can comment regarding alterations services I visited the store with two brand new pair of Diesel jeans, a women marked my jeans and indicated the seamstress is only available one day a week, that I could pick up my jeans after tuesday. I felt this was oddthe person marking my jeans is not the one who will be completing the alterations, regardless I trusted the shop as Button's and Bows had referred me to Anthony's. When I picked up the jeans the wrong hem was completedI asked for "original hem" and I received a regular hem. Basically my jeans are ruined. When I called the owner, who is also the seamstress, she asked why I had not asked for a European Hem? Also she mentioned that she does not have the sewing needles to match the original stitch look .firstly, I had never heard of European hem, secondly there is no signage or menu to choose from, thirdly the person who marked my jeans was lackadaisical and didn't seem to care that my clothes were valuable ($150/pair), lastly. does not have the correct needle?!!, enough said. The owner was rude so I was rude alsoNot my best performance however I am a business owner and customer service is extremely important to me. I clearly explained what had happened to my jeans, that I expected her to reply with a reasonable response..which I did not receive. Apparently she had re done the hem, as I had noticed the stitching was not straight..but when I picked up my jeans and the cut pieces (that I forced her to look for) she had un-done the hem..I felt this was just petty.

Great service, pricing seemed on par with most cleaners. Cloths have been clean and always ready when quoted. Very good service.

Excellent quality - reasonable price! Whenever I have anything to be cleaned, I go to Anthony's. The owner, Noorali, is always onsite to ensure great customer service and is a true gentleman. I live across the other end of the city now but will still not go anywhere else.
