  We had a nice issue in our old house. Action Pest Control sent a rep the day after our first call. They explained the control methods throughly, and listened to our concerns.
  
  They were professional, friendly and guaranteed their work for 6 months. I would highly recommend.

  They were great!!! I used them to get a bat out of my house. They were there very quickly. Friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

  Had a bit of mouse problem when I moved into a new place. Tried taking care of it myself for a bit without making progress, so I called these guys. Jim was friendly, professional and efficient; one visit dropping a few bait stations and I haven't seen a mouse in about a year. Can't recommend this company enough, worth every penny.

  Did have a poor experience with the first technician/treatment. The owner came to my address to ensure this treatment was done to my satisfaction and apologized for the previous tech. Jim (business owner) even waived the treatment fee and have m3 his personal number to contact him directly if I had any questions/concerns. Now that's how you run a business!!! Thanks again !

  I had Action in for a variety of issues I have had at my property. My initial experience with them was with cockroaches. Their technicians were friendly and professional and I have had no issues with cockroaches since having them treat my property. On a separate occasion I had bed bugs. Again, the technicians were friendly and professional and were always reliable with showing up on time. Why 3 stars you ask? They were not effective in getting rid of the problem. I had them in on 4 separate occasions over the span of 3 weeks and I continued to have an issues. I had to switch to a company that specialized in bed bugs (Mr. Bed Bugs) which was able to clear my problem after 1 visit.
  
  In summary, they are a professional company with great technicians, that were effective in getting rid of cockroaches however if you have bed bugs, I would not recommend them.

  We contacted Action Pest Control to come do an exterior exam and to check for sightings of bees. We had bees last September in the front of our house, and requested expertise regarding this summer season.
  The gentleman who came was very accommodating with regards to our social distancing protocols. He was very thorough when explaining the outcomes. I really liked how honest and upfront when discussing some options, he was advised waiting before spending an added cost that may or may not be necessary.
  
  My only thoughts on what I didn’t like:
  1. When booking the appointment initially, I was told our time slot for someone to come would be between 1:30/2PM. As this was better for my daughters nap - and the gentleman showed up before 12:30 in the middle of our lunch routine.
  2. When asking for an additional quote for someone to call me or email me the details, I received a call about someone being at my house unexpectedly, and not arranged.
  
  I appreciate the promptness, but somethings our family needs notice of arrivals due to the current pandemic.
  
  Nonetheless, we would highly recommend their services.

  Hired and paid them for a 6 month guarantee to get rid of mice. They came and set out about 4, $5 poison bait traps. After a few weeks there was still activity in the attic. Had to practically BEG Jim to come back because he refused to believe that it could possibly be mice and literally said to me "you actually want me to go inside the attic??". He finally sent his very professional and compassionate employee who found a major infestation of mice in the attic. He placed a bunch of bait there which hasn't solved the problem, and they told me there wasn't anything else they could do except spray which would be harmful to our health, and would leave dead mice corpses everywhere which they don't help find or clean! Wouldn't attempt any sort of traps, cages, electronic devices, nothing! Also never came back or called for a follow up ever!! The guarantee is an absolute joke, they should be ashamed of themselves!
  At the same time I had also used them to spray for centipedes. The centipedes came back after a month, and the spray stained my tiles! Which of course they said they've never experienced before. Beyond disappointed with every aspect of their service.
