Susan form Orkin, Stoney Creek branch assisted us at out rental locations. very quick response and worked well with tenants and followed up with both us and the tenants several times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

I had an issue with mice and called Orkin to help find the entity point and remove all the mice. The Tech didn't take much time to look for an entity point. After about 3 months the same issue return and was told to pay more money for them to come out and address the same issue that Orkin didn't resolve the first time around . I guess I will have to find a more reliable company to back up their service

This spring, during quarantine, I discovered ants in a particular part of my new house. I manage this situation long enough until some of the restrictions lifted, but then discovered a wasps next in my back yard. I called Orkin of Stoney Creek and was greeted by Madeline, who provided a great solution .

Within two days, Bob shows up and kept appropriate distance and resolved both issues. Great Service.
