Extremely well organized company. We were given a picture of who would be arriving to complete the service work and a little information on the maintenance professional. Daniel arrive on time and was extremely professional. He explained everything he was doing and more. While completing maintenance on the heating he also noticed the we had a hot water tank leak, we could've had major flooding if it had gone unnoticed. He went above and beyond and took all safety measures to protect himself and us while in our home. Thank you Daniel for your outstanding work. We look forward to doing business with Action Furnace again.

Would like to thank the entire Action Furnace team for the recent install completed with shout outs to Marc Mitchell, Mario Johnson, and the original install team. Everyone was extremely professional courteous and the focus on the small details was greatly appreciated. From the original quote to the final follow up everything turned out great and extremely pleased!!! Definitely would recommend and will continue to be an Action Furnace customer. Great job and thanks again!!!

I first used Action Furnace in Dec 2019 for a furnace repair. At that time I signed up for their ‘Comfort Care’ club, which I find is a great value. On Nov 9, 2020 our furnace was having issues and a technician was booked for the next day. He inspected the furnace and found a significant fracture of in the heat exchanger of our 13 year old furnace. There was also a substantial oil leak evident in the blower motor. We decided to replace the furnace, instead of spending money on repairs. Ryan, the technician set up an appointment for a consult the following day. We made our decision and also decided to replace our 24 year old water tank at the same time. Installation was completed on Nov 12. In the evening we noticed that the newly installed furnace was noisy on start up so I called and a follow up visit was scheduled for Sunday Nov 15. I could have had a next day appointment but I wasn’t available. The technician quickly resolved the issue and added additional screws to secure the ductwork and even adjusted the speed of the blower to see if the heat could be better distributed to the second level of the house. Everyone we had contact with at Action Furnace was professional and very customer focused. I am very pleased o found them a year ago and look forward to many years of regular tune ups and service from the fantastic team. I highly recommend them!!!

The Action team was great! We had three companies quote for central air conditioning and Rodney with Action was the only person that actually took measurements and made calculations prior to recommending a system.
Due to the mezzanine storage in our garage the venting of the new garage heater was not going to be ideal for our desired placement. Rodney contacted Andrew the installation manager and he came to take a look to make sure the installation team could make things work.
Two days later Mike and Buddha showed up at 8:30 and our new AC unit was running by 1:00PM. They also made notes and measurements and came up with a game plan for installing the garage heater the next day.
The following day Mike and Buddha returned with all the piping and a drywall lift and had the heater mounted within an hour. Due to unique spacing and venting requirements of our gas meter and heater exhaust placement the installation took slightly longer than the AC the previous day but was still wrapped up by 2:00PM.
The communication, honesty, quality/pride of work and professionalism from Action was top notch! We will for sure be recommending to all our friends and family. Thanks to the whole team from dispatch to installation for knocking two things off of our list of to-dos that we have while we move into our new home!response / report this review -

My end to end experience with Action Furnace on my furnace installation was quite positive. Greg answered all my questions and was able to recommend a system that would best suit our needs. Jimmy and Matt installed the system on the day scheduled and were very professional and efficient. I was kept informed and consulted on configuration changes needed to conform with building codes as well as keeping in mind the aesthetics of the installation. The work area was also left neat and tidy.
