These guys are the BEST in GP. They are on top of everthing they deal in. Quick response, great prices, sooo friendly. If your looking for ANYTHING aftermarket these guys (and gals) will do there best to bring it in for you. I like to call it my "one stop shop". :-)

Service was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! Right from the moment I walked in the staff showed excellent customer service in helping me find the exact accessories (bumper and light bars) I was looking for without trying to push me to spend out of my price range. The wait time for my bumper was supposed to be 4-6 weeks but the guys looked into some local warehouses and were able to find me one within days. When my truck was returned to me (unfinished from a different auto body shop) without the lights wired, or even installed, one of the techs at Action offered to work after hours, on his own time, to complete the installation for me, that day! I won't go anywhere else but Action for my truck parts and accessories!

I'm in Ontario and order from the Grand Prairie store on a regular basis. I've ordered numerous aftermarket parts for my dodge ram, everything fit perfectly! Everyone I've spoke to over the phone have dealt with me in a professional manner and I've never been disappointed with the products. They did an awesome job spraying my new bull bar with Line-X. Unfriendliest dealer I have ever been in. Two guys sitting at desks looking at computer screens like there are busy. One young fella that has to have permission from the computer guys to do something for you. A young woman in the same predicament. The two I suppose senior dudes are actually duds. I would think it's would be a crappy place to work. I fell for the young fella trying to help and bring beat down by the Two computer guys.
