A customer brought in his 2012 Ducati Panigale 1199 to Accelerated Technologies for a FULL suspension upgrade! We installed an Ohlins cartridge kit with custom valving and appropriate spring rates in the front end and an Ohlins TTX GP Shock in the rear.

There are a number of reasons why an owner would want to lower their bike! This 6' tall customer brought in his Yamaha WR450F to be lowered by Accelerated Technologies, so he could swing his leg over the seat after his hip replacement. Bike retained full capabilities and he can ride comfortably again!

A customer brought in his Husky CR125 to Accelerated Technologies describing issues with handling. Upon further investigation we determined it was much more of a chassis issue than a suspension issue. We pulled out all the old rusted steering-head, swing-arm, link-arm, and lower shock bushings. As you can see, the second image is the result of a lot of water sitting in the bearings and bushings - this can happen when power washing a hot bike after a ride. We installed all new bushings and bearings and the bike is now safe and ready for the races!

Back in April at Accelerated Technologies we designed a custom Stadium shock for J&G Racings XR750 Harley-Davidson Dirt Tracker. We also revalved the forks and set up the bike for the no-front-brakes style of flat track. Last week the customer shared these AWESOME pics of the XR all together!

Perhaps a great bike for a smaller or newer rider, the Suzuki DRZ200 is still on the tall side. We lowered this one 2 inches yesterday for Cathy so she could comfortably get both feet down. This will allow greater confidence when stopping on uneven ground as well as giving Cathy the ability to push the bike backwards when seated. We hope she loves it! Can anyone guess why there is a 2x6 under the front wheel in this photo?!

Last week at Accelerated Technologies we had the great opportunity to help build a BMW Superbike for our great customer Olaf. We installed Ohlins forks, an Ohlins TTX rear shock, and aftermarket triple clamps. Custom sprung and valved for Olaf, we hope it becomes his dream bike!

Another set of Harley Davidson shocks heads out for a customer, for his 2003 Road Glide. Canadian-made Stadium product has high-speed compression, low-speed compression, rebound, and preload adjustability. Any shock we sell is custom sprung for the rider and motorcycle taking into account rider weight, passengers, and accessories. Reservoir colours are custom selected by the customer to match his paint scheme!

A big thank you goes out to Jenna, we lowered her CBR 600 two inches. Completely unable to touch the ground upon arrival, she can now comfortable get both feet down. We lower the front and rear equal amounts internally inside the suspension to maintain the OEM engineered bottoming system. Also, lowering both ends maintains the OEM rake, trail, and weight distribution. We hope you enjoy it, Jenna!
