I was super disappointed to learn that you fry your fish in the same fryer that you do your onion rings and French fries in. As someone with a severe fish allergy it means I can't have fries with my meal. Something to look into changing as fish is one of the allergens that you really have to watch cross contamination with.

Always used to eat here, when they started locking the washrooms we started eating everywhere else. I don't have to ask to go to the bathroom.

I would like to know why this location can not be contacted by phone. Sends me right to voicemail every time. Nothing but some vague email on my receipt to contact, which is impersonal and lacks both speed and accountability. Anyways, my daughter's 'onion rings' were freezing cold mush today and you guys appeared neither busy nor understaffed. They were going into a kid's meal, you could have at least pretended to care. Please note that some of us are willing to wait a few minutes to purchased food that is the quality you have advertised.
