That’s a great place to stay in Caye Caulker! The rooms are very clean and clean every day (which is not the rule in Belize).
The owner Mrs Doris is very kind and helpful for all needed information on the island, places to eat, places to avoid etc.
The rooms are also very quiet, which is valuable is you need to rest and sleep well.
The top terrasse is also very to chill and have nice view on the island.
You can borrow a bike for free during all your stayresponse / report this review -

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and very tidy. Ms Doris runs a very tight ship. She has wonderful suggestions for what to do on the island. Just follow the rules and you will have an enjoyable experience!

Property is far overpriced for the island.
Room was very clean, and very nice, but your not in Belize to spend all the time in your room.
Especially if you can not entertain your friends.
We had the water facing top floor suite with rooftop access. BIG WASTE of money.
Advertising free wifi all over property. But it didn't work in our room barely at all.
We specifically requested a coffee maker for the room. That never came.
Doris is very kind and helpful. (As you will read from many reviews) BUT. only if it is in her interest. She comes off all "accommodating " but trust me. With her, business is business.
If you want to stay here, DO NOT book in advance. Just walk up and negotiate a rate. You won't be subject to all of her crazy ass cancellation policies then.
Oh, and three people were shot about 2 blocks from the hotel our second last night there!!
I will go back to Caye Caulker, but NEVER this place.

My girlfriend and I stayed at treetops for 3 nights in the King Luxury Suite at the end of our Belize trip and it was perfect for us. The room was immaculate. The location was a short distance from everything we needed on the island (Caye Caulker is very small). Doris made sure we knew all the hot spots. There wasn't much of a swimming area, but it wasn't an issue as there are a few different beaches nearby. Highly recommend!

Precio: uno de los más baratos que encontramos en la isla. Comodidad: está muy bien decorado, wifi que funciona muy bien, tele de plasma, baño privado. Está a 15 m de la playa en una zona muy tranquila. Alrededor puedes encontrar supermercados, bares y restaurantes.
