    - Unsafe Ascend and Harassment -
At first Bert made a professional and kind impression, which made me choose his company for an ocean dive (2 dives). It was only my 6th dive and the first one in the ocean since I've only been certified open water recently, which I told him. There was only one other girl joining us, who was very inexperienced, too. My divebuddy and I were not that familiar with the units used on the spg (Psi instead of bar and feet instead of meters). Bert assured us it would be alright, that he had a dive computer and would make sure we were safe at all times. We agreed on 500 psi for the minimal air level before ascending.
We went out and everything went well at first. It was my deepest dive so far with 24m. We and Bert checked our air regularly. At one point I still had 1000 psi, but Bert signalled me to ascend. Of course, I followed his instructions as he was my instructor. Ascending I realised that Bert and my divebuddy were not ascending. For me it was too late to decend again but at the same time I had to calculate the right ascend rate in my head with unfamiliar units and I had no clue what my no dive time was. So made a safety stop at what I guessed to be the right depth in feet and counted in my head (all new to me).
Everything worked out and I was overwhelmed by the dive, additionally the other girl was seasick and I looked after her, so I didn't think about asking why I had to ascend earlier (without proper guidance) and demanding guidance the next time, which I deeply regret now.
On the second dive the same thing happened again and I ascended alone again and everything worked out for me, although without guidance.
On shore again my dive buddy told me that Bert signalled her to remove her regulator when they were still under water (18m) at the 2nd dive, once I had already ascended. Naturally she followed his instructions as he was the instructor. Then he kissed her. Underwater.
Luckily she did not choke or panic or anything else due to his assault.

Bert instructed me to ascend without guidance and risking my health in order to prey on the other girl underwater taking advantage of her in his position as an instructor.

His behaviour was deeply disgusting and irresponsible.
I was so shocked and ready to take action, but she did not want to come forward being ashamed of it. It dimmed on me that he had probably done it before and might do it again. Writing this review I really hope it will not happen to anyone ever again.

Scuba diving with Bert was an amazing experience! Loved that it wasn't on an over crowed boat, and the groups he takes out are only small groups. The fresh ceviche made from the lion fish was the icing on the cake!

Bert was just lovely! Made me feel safe and secure despite it was a long time since my last dive! The five was beautiful and eating onboard a fresh ceviche made of lion fish was just unique! Thank you Bert!
