Popular mom and pop place for breakfast, for good reason. Reasonable prices, good food, fast service. There’s parking on the street so it could be busy during certain times.

Excellent food and awesome staff at Pop's in San Ignacio. The T bone steak was very flavorful and juicy. The mango fish was cooked just right and was full of flavour. The veggies and salad were very fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant!

This might have been the best breakfast I had in Belize. The fry jacks were super light and fluffy. I had scrambled eggs with chaya. It's very similar to spinach. Friends got the omelets and loved them.
The coffee was especially good!
Service was really great. Bathrooms were clean. Well lit. Air conditioned.
I'd love to get one of their breakfasts right now!! Wish they delivered to Illinois!response / report this review -

Good food and good service. Prices are pretty typical for what I'd consider to be a nicer than average restaurant in the area.
We had a very filling breakfast of eggs, meat, fry jacks, fruit, and coffee and I think it set us back $7.50 each. I'm sure there are more budget friendly places, but I was happy with Pop's.response / report this review -

Best breakfast in town. Affordable and super good. Everything that we got off the menu was delicious. Breakfast sandwich and the waffle with bananas were our favorites.

Good selection on menu, tasty food and quick service. Excellent value. What more could one want? A chat with Pops is the icing on the cake. If I move to San Ignacio, this is where I would hang out.

Eggs, chaya, and fry jacks - Pops is an American style diner with Belizean style. Good strong coffee, great service, and quick food. Right in the middle of the hotels and hostels, so great location as well.
