Wow! I didn’t expect such a fantastic restaurant in San Ignacio - better than most I’ve been to back in the states. The conch filets were delicious, and the chopped vegetables were the best I’ve had. The star though, was the incredible service from William. It was like he could read my mind! As soon as the pitas were gone and some hummus remained, a plate of crackers appeared to finish it off!

I’m still sitting at my table in awe of the meal I just had. My father had chicken gyro and I ordered the carrot ginger soup. We shared the hummus as an appetizer.
I’m from New Yorka meal of this caliber would probably go for around $100-120.
The quality in NY would be half as good.
You could taste the love in this FRESHly prepared meal. The first, second, and third bite, all yield the same resultsan eye brow raise and disbelief! One of the best restaurants I have ever been to.
A few other perks:
I’m vegan and the waitress was very accomodating. She let me make a few custom orders and informed me of anything that may contain dairy.
The volume of music was great for conversation.
Very modern interior and nice decor (Christmas is next week)
