On a cold and rainy night, even in the tropics, you need a place that's snug and cozy where you can enjoy a plate of comfort food. This is that place. The food is very good, plain, comfort. Prices are very reasonable and he are always greeted with a smile. Also, Patty's has A/C so it's not just for cold rainy nights, sometimes you can have too much sunshine and clear skies too. Really!
