  Can't wait to go back.. seen some bad reviews not sure why unless you compare the hotel to a resort i worked in the hotel industry for many years and this hotel did everything to make the guests happy.. it was very clean which is the main thing for me.. the staff went above and beyond with their service and on top of that were very friendly.. we ate 4 time in their restraunt bar /,area and enjoyed all our meals..on the day we left we had a golf car rental, the manager of the hotel tooks us to the water taxi and took our rental back.. great service.. i felt i said goodbye to family not just a hotel .

  Great value and location. Clean and quite facilities: Cable TV, mini fridge, Air conditioner, nice bathroom and bedrooms. There is Wifi for guest that needs improving, is borderline useless or too erratic. Staff is helpful, polite and professional.
  
  UPDATE: Last night of my stay (a Tuesday no less) the owner decided to have the loudest closed event/reception right outside the hotel patio with cardio-electronic and local music all night making it a mission impossible to get sleep. I'm supposed to catch a flight early and my chances of getting any rest looks grim. Changing rate from 4 to 1 star. Unacceptable and disappointed.

  The rooms were simple but perfectly comfortable; the staff was professional and quite friendly; the food was great and the view to die for. A very good deal for the money. I would recommend to anyone not confusing it for Park Place, NY.

  Recently renovated. Our room was nice for $ value. Easy walk to everything you want to do. Restaurant in back of the hotel serves good quality food if you wish to have a lazy day. Desk staff were great and helpful with everything.

  We stayed here during slow season and the room we got missed a curtain and couldn't close the bathroom. Also the house keeping we got wasn't the best, was still hair and sand everywhere. I'm not a fan of complaining so didn't say anything before check out but come on. How hard is it to check that u can close the bathroom door and have a curtain for the window in your hotel!?

  Hotel and bar were great. The view to the ocean wasn't as good as other hotels, but it is still right next to the water. Only negative was no area to lounge and tan in the sun by the water. It's a good long hike from the water taxi, so if you have a lot of luggage, catch a land taxi for the rest of the way
