Clean room, kitchen with Small appliance (toaster, coffee machine, etc), comfortable bed, AC, led lightning, and I would say it was clean although the bathroom might need some minor renovation work.

Fully equipped and clean apartment, nice countyard and Claudia was helpful. Location is also good.
