What a great experience. Highly recommended. It’s right in the center of town so you’ll get the full Hopkins experience - from the daily street life to the late night Garafuna drumming. All part of a fun and rich experience. Wade and his crew are super friendly and super helpful. The main road through town is a little rough, but it’s in the midst of a major upgrade. Check it out - you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely perfect! So much care and attention has been put into this vacation rental to make it a home away from home. The staff are friendly and everything on the property is well taken care of and beautiful. When they say the heart of Hopkins, they mean it, because this location is in the best area of the village. I loved buying fresh fruit from the neighboring fruit stand, crossing the street to have a coffee at the best cafe in town, and cruising down to the beach bars just seconds away! I definitely recommend staying here, you will not regret it!

When I first walked into Latitude 17, I couldn't believe that this was to be my home for the next week. It is absolutely gorgeous here! The place is super well made with a fabulous energy. I could tell that a lot of care had been taken in the decor and layout making it a comfortable area that made me feel at home while still feeling that I was somewhere special. Hammocks under the stars, awesome decks, and great location all help me give an uninhibited all the thumbs up and all the stars available to this lovely home Wade has worked so hard to create. A beautiful sanctuary a one minute walk to the gorgeous sea and quiet beach, Latitude 17 most assuredly is paradise. I would highly recommend this place to any traveler, for a short stay or a longer one. 👌

Great location neargrocery and produce stand. Mirko set up great excursions-- especially snorkeling the barrier reef with our captain Lincoln.

Great location in central Hopkins. Conveniently located near 'Happy Grocery Store' and fresh produce stand next door. Spacious living/ dining room with full galley kitchen. Has private back porch and large front porch with hammocks, and another dining table. Great beach access. Mirko set us up with great excursions with excellent guides (Lincoln with Patrick's Boat Tours for reef snorkeling) and (Edger with Belize Inland Tours for cave tubing).

Love this place! Our room was super clean. The location is close to quite a few restaurants & fruit stand. Would definitely stay here again.
