  Great place to stay. Great location, clean and comfortable condos. Chad and Kimberly took care of everything we needed to get there and were like our personal concierge while we were there. Definitely made our trip awesome.

  Our stay at The Landings at Tres Coco was outstanding! The condo was clean, fully equipped and free of any bugs ! The place is located just north of the bridge and walking distance to grocery stores, downtown and excellent restaurants. Kimberly and Chad were the perfect hosts! They picked us up from the San Pedro airport, dealt with our luggage, helped with cart rental and escorted us to the condo ! The fridge was stocked with drinks we had pre-ordered from Kimberly and Chad! The hosts also took care of booking all our tours . The water tours picked us up from the dock outside the condo!
  When it was time to leave, Kimberly and Chad helped get our luggage back to the airport ! Excellent service! Made our stay so easy!

  This is perfect. Just outside of the busy town, but close enough to walk for all the convenience of town and night life.

  This place was AMAZING. Beautiful views, decorated beautifully, great pool right next to the ocean. They kept the condo stocked with water and beer for us and helped with any questions no matter the time.

  Great place and people. Chad and Kimberly are wonderful people and very helpful. We had a good time between rain. Next trip will be during the season and not the off season.

  You get lovely oceans and beautiful scenery all around followed by a interesting culture with tons of history, nice locals, great places to eat and more bars then you can visit, with wonderful locals. Highly recommend coming here.

  Clean, quiet, fully equipped with everything you need. Kimberly & Chad are fantastic hosts and really made us to feel like we had reliable friends there to help us with anything we needed, just a phone call away.
