  Spent a week here this past February. Absolutely loved it. It’s located about 4 miles south of San Pedro so it takes 20-25 minutes to get there by golf cart. Being away from town it’s really peaceful and quiet which is a nice contrast from San Pedro. Lots of things to do and we didn’t have a bad meal in town. Can’t wait to go back.

  Amazing property! Stayed for 7 nights and had the vacation of lifetime. The rental managers and onsite concierge spoiled us the entire time (even before we ever arrived) by attending to our every need. This resort is the epitome of luxury, and we can't wait to go back!

  Right here you can enjoy nature at its best , the coral in colours like a garden and nurse shark and a wide variety of fish

  Nice, but remote - Property is very nice. It is 30 mins from town on a very bumpy road. All the restaurants, groceries, and activities are in town so you need to plan to spend a lot of time traveling to town. Snorkeling or scuba can pick you up from the dock in front of the villas. The beaches on Ambergris Caye are not good for swimming (too much turtle grass). The pool and amenities at the villas are good.

  Ahhhhhh . Beauty and perfection. I can't stop thinking about how wonderful this place was. Waking up every day and seeing that stunning Caribbean smile at me was a blessing and a great way to start my day. Spend the money and stay here. You'll thank yourself later !!

  Good location if you like quiet as it is on the far south side of town. Not the place to go if you want to be in the thick of the action in San Pedro

  We spent about 9 days here a few weeks ago. Such a great place to stay! It's a little south of the busy strip which means if you're looking for a comfortable, quiet, relaxing beach vacation, this place is for you. We rented a golf cart which made a quick trip to central San Pedro. A golf cart is a must so you can get the most of the island and see all there is to see. We stayed in unit1B and I'm so glad we did. The unit was best in complex, first floor, quiet, golf cart was parked right outside steps, pool is literally 5 steps from the back door and beach is right there too. The condo was beautiful, great furnishings, better decorations than my own house, with all the amenities you could want even full size washer and dryer. The master suite and living room have facing french doors to the patio and infinity pool with the gorgeous turquoise waters of the Caribbean just beyond it. We went on a few excursions and the boats picked us right up on the pier in front of the condo. Pictures don't give the view justice, it's a must see for yourself We absolutely loved this place and can't wait to go back.
