I'm a convert to the fryjack and Errolyn's especially.
They're cheap, filling, handheld and frankly perfect if you've had a few drinks the night before. Tried a few fillings but ham, egg and cheese is my personal favourite.response / report this review -

The best place to eat breakfast and/or lunch. Open 6:30AM to 2:00PM everyday except Monday :( You can't say you've been to Caye Caulker unless you've been here. Taste Belize!!!

If you want belizian breakfast these guys have the best fryjack!! And they also have belizian prices, the best for me is the egg, beans and chicken, you can thank me later, you are welcome 😀

Some of the best food I have ever paid for. Hits the spot, great breakfast or lunch spot. The lady is super nice, food is good, cheap. Easy to take away and sit on the shoreline.

best fry jacks on the island. I was there for a week, went to a different spot every day for a fry jack. loved this place the best! Fast, friendly, local.

Simply the best place for a decent and cheap breakfast on the island! Make sure you try the spicy relish stuff on the counter. You have to go!

Not a huge fry jack fan but these were good and cheap (1.50 us). Make sure to check out the juice bar / fruit stand next door. Fresh made juice for 2.50 us.
