It was THE worst day we spent in Belize by far and it saddens that they have very little empathy for their clients when we have sacrificed so much to fly to Belize and chose to spend our time and money with their establishment. I can't believe this place even stays in business. This is the second time I've written a bad review, they must be able to delete the bad ones because that sounds like something they would do.
