The best, most amazing tour I've ever been on. Francisco Reymundo gives a fully comprehensive tour of the cave and Mayan culture. Take this tour!

The single most unique and amazing experience of my life. If you leave Belize without doing this you have robbed yourself of a rare treat. Plan your trip around doing this tour. We used Maya Walk and our guide Hue was incredible. Very intelligent and had a passion for the Mayan history.

By far the most exciting thing we did in Belize. The cave tour was adventurous and cultural. We went with Pacz tours. You will never forget this cave.

This tour was AWESOME!! I felt like a little kid again. Scrambling over cave rocks, marvelling at the natural beauty of the cave, and seeing such a sacred spot for Mayan culture. Highly recommend this tour

This is a real adventure tour! You will hike in the jungle, swim across rivers, trek a half mile through water and over various terrain to see the wonders this cave has to offer. It's thrilling and I felt challenged physically in the cave and very safe with our guide. He was a wealth of knowledge of Mayan folklore and history. Be prepared, you will be soaking wet for most of the trip. I highly recommend cropped leggings for women and either a short or long sleeve water shirt. It will keep you warm and protected. Wear water shoes with good treads. No slippery soles. Make sure you bring a towel and a plastic bag for your wet clothes after the trip.

Very special experience. I am still digesting the visit. The place is totally amazingnothing like I ever saw before. BUTthere were so many people inside that it totally took away my appetite for adventure. The price we got - 85 USD would be good but I felt like in Disneyland. The stuff you will see there is very unique though.
Also, get ready you will be WET all day long the water was pretty cold, the same night after the tour I got sick, but with some good medicine I had with me I was better the next day.
Don't forget to eat just before the tour. The lunch after the adventure was super good and big though:-)))

Amazing experience. Hiking through the forest, swim across one stream and walk across two others, climbing rocks inside the cave. It is a long day and a lot of cardio but well worth it.

Place and cave are one of a kind, truly adventurous. Please be aware that this tour requires one to be very comfortable in water, as it is almost entirely in water and needs one to swim quite well to handle the tour.

If you like caving and history then you'll be amazed in the "ATM" caves. We had an excellent guide and we're one of the first groups into the cave in the morning, which our tour service 'Explore', did by design to ensure we had a good experience.
There were two instances of cameras breaking artifacts within the last few years and so cameras are not allowed inside anymore, which was a shame. But it made the experience feel a little more special, to be honest, and you can find tons of pictures online to show people if you want.
My wife is extremely claustrophobic, bit was brave enough for the 2-3 tight spots we climbed through. I feel comfortable in caves and loved every minute inside. I wish I could have explored the while thing honestly.
It was so great to hear about the ancient Mayan people and imagine them coming into the caves hundreds of years ago, and they were terrified of caves.
10/10 would recommend for those who can hike and climb a little or want to see some decently preserved Mayan history.response / report this review -

ATM is so amazing! The rat race of it is a bit unfortunate but it's expanse and magnitude would awe even the hardest to impress! Check it out if you're nearby!

Best tour in western Belize. As an archaeologist and caver this place is incredible. You have lots of amazing cultural features, an hour of easy walking, and just some top caving. A must do tour!
