Service relatively good but some staff members could use more training so they're more attentive to customer needs.

I've attended two workshops at Woodland. There is an attractive lobby and nice eating area. The food is good and staff very polite and helpful. Downside the bathroom had no soap, which was disappointing considering there were at least seven different org having meetings.

The facility was clean however improvement are needed in their conference offering. The internet was the slowest I have experienced, almost not available to the extent we couldn't do any work

Friendly and accomodating staff. Neat rooms with aircon, TV with selected DSTV channels, WiFi, small fridge and coffee/tea station. I am uncertain about other rooms, but although my room was ground floor and supposedly close to the WiFi, the WiFi signal was not very strong and I had trouble staying connected which meant frustration when trying to work online. The cleaning service is good and staff is prompt to deliver necessities requested from reception (e.g. iron and iron board).

Recommended for business travellers that is on a bit of a tight budget. Not suggested for executives that have to use the premises for high level meetings. Very basic breakfast. VERY friendly and professional staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
