Sadly, although the rooms are really well kept , in good condition and really smooth and pleasant wifi connection, without being warned I was put into a room that has a pub/club next to it. It was so loud the entire night, I could barely get sleep.

It seems the owner should definitely talk to his employees better too. I heard a lot of shouting through my door.

Rooms are almost clean. The bathroom was leaking, bathroom light was not working, no shampoo or soap, wifi in the room had almost no reception, the entrance to the building had to be through some guy and you cannot have your own rooms key guys from reception opens the door for you. It is very loud outside and also there is some sort of a factory next door that produces constant noise all day long. The location is terrible, yes its somewhat central but in a dark backalley with shady bars around full of drunk shady people. The premises are barbwired that must give some hint!
Overall stay somewhere else.

The place is neat, the staff is friendly. My only problem was the location, felt kinda unsafe. I didn't realise it was next to a bottle store/tavern before making reservation. But all in all I enjoyed my stay. There's room for improvement with regard to their breakfast crockery.
