What a fantastic place! In the center of continuously crazier, louder and more crowded Francis Town, the Cresta Thapama offers a great peace and silence. They have absolutely delicious food and very fast Wifi too!
The staff are all incredibly helpful and kind, they go out of their way to make sure one has the best experience possible!

Great experience. Staff really care about the guests and the rooms were lovely. If you're around on the weekend you should try their Braai buffet by the pool.

Cresta has good accomodation hands down but they suck at food and guest care. They have a tendency to put their staying guest last.
They would run noisy events through the night making it hard for guests to sleep.
They prioritize conference attendees before their own guests at their restaurants. This applies to all their hotels in Botswana.response / report this review -

I was very impressed by the staff and the level of service I received. Everything I had asked for prior to my arrival had been arranged to my satisfaction. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. The service was excellent. I will definitely stay at the hotel again if I travel to Francistown.
