Friendly people. Lovely stands and bathrooms. Secure. Terrible road.
This was our stop over on route back from Zambia. We had our own chalet/house. Very neat and comfortable. Lovely setting. Perfect for what our needs were.
A fantastic stop over. Could spend a few days to relax, very helpful and polite staff.
Woodlands is an phenomenal lodge. I can highly recommend it. It has everything you need. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. We stayed here last year at the end of our trip and now in Feb 2018 as well and plan to do so every year!!! All I can say a x Zimbabwean knows how to run a lodge. If I may say so, I'm also an x Zimbabwean. Thank you to everybody who made our stay superb.
Beautiful and tranquil with everything you need. Wonderful and friendly staff. Altogether fantastic!
The fourth time I've visited and never been let down. Thank you Mike and team for always ensuring everything is in order.
Lovely Place..people are friendly and so helpful!!!! Beautiful serounding and clean and neat amenities!!! Definitely a place to visit..!!!!
Beautiful place, very clean, beautiful lawn, very friendly and competent staff. Have been there a few times and never disappointed. Highly recommended
Camp first class. Road terrible. Will not visit the camp again.
Good stopover. Swimming pool. Good ablutions. Close to main north road. No pub or restaurant ie a good stopover.
Woodlands is a good stopover en-route from either North or South, providing grassed campsites with water on tap, power and fire /braai pit and good ablutions (please sort out toilet seats in ladies). Campsites may be a little tightly fit, but it is only a stopover. Their chalets, not used, are a good alternative, which we may try next time. Check out the website as I saw some big improvements in chalet accommodation. They are clearly doing something right to expand the way they have.
Always stay there..lovely accommodation and friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings
Very nice place. If they are a bit full it could become a bit cramped if you are used to the spacious camping found in other parts of Botswana.
The WiFi should probably have a curfew ;)
Visited on a dark night in winter.
Directions over the phone not precise. Signage not visible at night in traffic. Much closer to town than advised, about 5km wrong, enough to keep looking for it for 45 min WITH Google maps!
Were offered a chalet but when we arrived, it was a room without bathroom for the same price. Windows open, covered with mesh. Enough blankets and hot water bottle each provided.
Advised at reception to be out before 9 am even though we arrived at 9pm. Were not prepared to budge even when we asked nicely.
In the morning, there was NO hot water in the women's ablution block.
Wi fi in the room but very slow.
The password says it all: a lot of $$$ signs in it
Nature beautiful but overpriced for what we got.
Will not come again.
One of the best campsites I've stayed. The sites have a fireplace, light, water, a nice grass and even wifi.
There is also a pool and the bathrooms where extremely clean.
Beautiful campsite! The bathrooms and showers were EXTREMELY clean. We had wifi at our campsite. They accommodated our late arrival. The grounds themselves were beautiful. Just outside of Francistown. We'd definitely stay here again. Excellent place!
Excellent all round. Linen. Furnishings. Clean. Staff friendly. Beautiful place
Perfect for what it is - a stopover.
I had a brief overnight there, it was OK. The wifi did not work. The bathrooms were nicer than average. There was a nice pool, which mostly just seemed out of place.
