They have a great outdoor location on the backside - it was good for a birthday party event for about 60-70 folks. Food was allowed from outside catering and we had to buy drink from them upto a certain amount. They also let us bring our own alcohol after we spent enough money with them. Great location and would recommend, Might be a hassle with negotiation depending on whom you speak with at the hotel management staff.

Absolute unwillingness to sort out a problem. We booked 3 rooms and told them that we will be arriving after 6h00 pm. On arrival (6.30pm) we were informed that we only have 2 rooms booked as company policy is that arrivals after 6 is not guaranteed a room, hence our 3rd room was given away. The next excuse was that there were 3 rooms but they had to cancel one room due to maintenance in the room. a Phone call would have been nice
In the end one of our party had to book a room at Maun Lodge.
The rating is due to the attitude of the front line staff and the manager that had no intention of assisting in any way. Lots of excuses but no real help.response / report this review -
