  Absolutely magnificent! We just finished our second 10 day safari with Mosu and like the first, we weren't disappointed. Amazing service from the moment we stepped off the plane and again till we stepped back on. Although there were a fair amount of obstacles, the staff handled them effectively and efficiently. For instance, our support vehicle broke down on the way to our campsite at Nxai pan and it was dealt with before we knew of the problem. We were pleasantly surprised by the solution as the staff in the support vehicle spent 7 hours next to the road and into the night, yet still greeted us the next morning at our new campsite with nothing but smiles. The travel management team communicated to us that the floods were delayed to the delta and made some changes to give us the best experience possible. Any concerns we had were listened to, appreciated, and quickly taken care of.
  
  Our crew was the all-star team. Our chef Phillamon made the most amazing food (all made over the fire) including fresh bread. Every evening was filled with laughter and smiles as he joked and sang for us. Our camp-hands--Rebo and Lyke--had the campsite set up upon our arrival and went the extra mile with towel arrangements, and hand washed laundry. Our guide, Kaiser, never complained even as we asked him to drive over 10 hours for game drives, for travelling from campsite to campsite; to stop at every bird, pretty tree, or even a stick that suspiciously looked like a jackal; whether it was the heat of the day, or so dusty that we looked like mummies afterwards. Most importantly, he would give his all to find the sightings that we hope for, and he was just as excited to find them as we were.
  
  This is precisely the reason that for anyone considering going to Botswana we highly recommend Mosu Safaris. This incredible team will greet strangers with smiles and give their all to ensure that every trip is the best possible. We returned after 2 years to friends and leave with tears in our eyes. To everyone at Mosu--ke a leboga!

  Just got home from Africa, after a two-week mobile camping/hotel tour with Mosu. Our private four-person tour was outstanding! All equipment was clean and in excellent condition. Our tour guide Tebby, was wonderful. He spotted animals and birds, but also taught us about their behaviors. We experienced an astounding amount of wildlife. Our camping was very comfortable and guides have their own private spots in the National Parks. The cook Philamon was funny and nice. He often made fresh bread (even a small gluten free loaf for me). I was surprised and happy about how well he addressed my gluten allergy. The crew was nice and always helpful, our tents were always ready for us (including a small private toilet addition on each tent). Hot showers were available whenever we wanted one. Plenty of food and the last night we got traditional dishes to try!
  
  We went in May and had wonderful weather and almost no bugs. I think I may have seen one mosquito. The vehicle was super clean and had sufficient charging for all our camera batteries and phones. This is an excellent way to experience the wilds of Africa. We visited Nxai, Moremi and Chobe National parks, Victoria Falls and the Okavango Delta. Our Mosu driver Tony and his partner O.D. got us through the Botswana / Zimbabwe border quickly and helped us setup the rest of our stay. The owner Oliver takes great pride in his company and it shows. All my email questions were promptly responded to and I was please to get such great service from this local company.
