They can offer you discounts on the spot if you haggle well enough. Takes some doing. They charge delivery fees separate from your order, and the delivery fee is strictly cash only. You might not be ready to queue at the ATM if you don't have the cash in hand.
It's best to go to the store than rely on their website because products on the website are not always available in store because "the website is operated from South Africa." Otherwise they have good quality products.
