I would like to name and shame Afro Bella for the bad service I recieved on the 5th November that had me walking out of your premises with half wet hair. MY hair wasnt washed in sections which created a world of tangles. From there my was rough combed. All the the while the two people attending me seems more intrested in their phones than the Mess they were creating on my head. Shame on you for the poor service.

iv been scared to do this,iv been to the salon once and the service was ok.I had booked a stylist i wanted but 4 different people did my hair,told that the person i appointed with was "busy",i wanted a silk press ,i just got painful detangling, a very intense 20 minutes+ of heat and the results were so disappointing,still recovering from the damage. The idea is great ,execution and skill not so much. I won't be coming back but i hope it improves.
