Simple and neat place. I liked if in the first site with a welcome from elephant.

Apparently some lanes at passport control for terminal A are SA passport only. But they are completely unmarked. So you get to the front of a queue and they send you to the back of another queue. Miserable place with no organization at all.

Good airport, efficient staff but they should ban SA Airways from this airport. They operate a first come first serve basis which means that you might have paid for your ticket but the seat on plane is not secured unless you are at the airport 2 - 3 hours early. I had to drive my friend to Johannesburg on 5 hour car journey so that he could catch his second flight to Frankfurt.
