Meet the #RPMCookOut Judges
Born Mopati Busang, and affectionately known as Private Chef Habana perfected his trade in starred restaurants under the tutelage of some of the best in the business, including Chef Rico Carlinsky (South Africa), Chef Earl Ramsey (South Africa), Chef McJon (Botswana) to name a few.
Upon bursting into his culinary passion and studies, Chef Habana worked at a leading hotel located in Gaborone and some reputable safari camps bulking up some safari experience, before his inherent entrepreneurial spirit saw him embarking on a solo career as a private chef. “Your favourite Chef” regularly cooks for bespoke events, corporate functions, intimate occasions, as well as for clients abroad.
Chef Habana is also the creator of a number of unique dining experiences which are open to the public/ his foodlovers including ‘One Ingredient’ / cookouts – a pop-up dinner highlighting a single ingredient across a number of courses – as well as his own series of all-inclusive gastronomic culinary getaways in the wilderness.

We're celebrating foodies around the country with their delicious recipes and giving you meal inspiration.
Kabo Olesitse prepared this Zesty Chicken Breast topped with Cherry Sauce and Butternut Mash
Ingredients: * Chicken Breast * Butternut * Full Cream * Unsalted Butter * Onion * Cherry Tomatoes * Garlic * Salt and Pepper * Parsley * Lemon Juice * Lemon Zest * Dill
Method: 1. Cook the butternut in pot with 1tsp of salt for 15mins until its soft to mash. Mash it and add butter, 50ml of cream, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Put it aside for later. 2. Marinate the chicken breast with dill, 2 tbsp of lemon, salt and pepper and lemona zest. Let it marinate for 1-2 hours. 3. Grill the chicken in a grill pan 3 mins each until its cooked (so since I didnt have gas, on the same grill pan I oven baked them for 30mins) then cover with a foil to keep them moist. 4. Add butter in skillet then fry onions until they turn brown, add cherry tomatoes, 2tbsp of wine and garlic. Fry everything together then add 200ml of cream and let it simmer for 5mins and season with salt and pepper. 5. Serve and enjoy #RPMCookOut

Rail Park a beautiful one stop mall, from the label shops to the Chinese shops, from the b euros to Western Union, the post office, Spar, Choppies, just to mention afew, the list of amazing stores is endless. All under one roof, what more could we ask for :-) Thank you Rail Park Staff for creating this one stop shop for family outings as well as the best shopping experiences

Rail patk is a lovely mall and my number 1 shopping mall. All the shops you can think of, phamacy, clothing, electronics, book shop, shoe shop, cooked meal and grocery. I love the fats that it favours us who uses public trasport, i catch a bus to the bus rank, i buy my groceries and i go back to my home village without struggle of walking a long a long distance to the buses. The mall is very clean and u cant see any stain on the grey floor tile, its super clean and the windows and door glasses are always sparkling. I love the fact that you alow ladies with small business who sell perfumes and jewelaries the chance to display there products on the coridoor.

After all, rail park is for all, youth and elders and its a refreshing place as u can go and chill especiallg in shops like wimpy.

With the advent of smart-phones, mobile phones have now got a new meaning. They are not only means of communication, but are also the sources of information and entertainment.

Today, the mobile phones can also be depicted as sources for storing important data. They also act as calendars and alarm clocks, thus, informing us about the set schedule from time to time

Importance of Mobile Phones in our Daily Life

Let us explore the importance of mobile phones in our daily life:

1. Constant contact with friends and families – Information technology has improved the mobile phones to a great level. Such uses of mobile phones are extremely helpful as they help us save our time and money.

5. Ensures safety– This is one of the most important benefits of using a mobile phone. Mobile phones ensure safety. Also, you can talk to your children and confirm that they have reached safely at their friend’s place or other destination.
