Stayed for one night .. average room, not so good food, sleepy reception. We were also not provided complimentary spa or massage as was given to many before. We had to pay separately. Would not recommend

Very good hotel in thimpu. Center of thimpu with all corners are accessible from here. Room service is good. They provide us Indian food as per our choice which is plus point. Complimentry spa was nice. Breakfast is so so good. Heater was not working as per expectation. Overall best experience to stay here. Thank you for satisfied hospitality.

Beautiful yet quaint.in the centre of Thimphu The town square is easily accessible Mind your traffic rules. Bhutan is not India. They hardly use car horns nor do they have traffic signals. A wonderful stay is guaranteed.. very efficient staff Wi Fi might be a problem.

They seemed pre-occupied within themselves and we felt like we were not even noticed, specially in their restaurant the service was zilch. Bedding were frayed and tired. The Spa is the only saving grace here.

It's surprisingly a big hotel with great settings right in the centre of the City.
People are professional and food was exceptionally good.
Restaurant is spacious, comfortable and we'll spaced.

Nice hotel. Sleep is impossible even with ear plugs due to barking dogs all night long. No elevators so beware if climbing stairs is a problem.
