Plain vanilla hotel with basic amenities. Neat clean and hygienic. Slightly over overpriced restaurant as compared to nearby places. Staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. One is treated with utmost respect, as is done across Bhutan. WiFi is basic and pretty slow, signal strength inside rooms is a challenge. Restaurant menu and what's actually available are not synced.

Great place to stay while at Phuntsholing. Clean rooms, excellent food with great service.

Very polite staff, stayed in the deluxe room as it was during busy season. Rooms are very clean and spacious and reasonably priced!

Very ordinary rooms, with shabby soiled linen and nonexistent service. The restaurant food was insipid and inedible. Almost no regard to choice and wishes of vegetarian diners. Given its location, could have definitely been much much better with a little upgradation and renovation .

We stayed in Phuentsholing for an evening like every other traveler who wants to enter Bhutan via road. It was an amazing stay with clean rooms, good food and friendly staff.
Location: the hotel is located at 3 to 4 mins from permit office. The view from south rooms is very nice.
Hotel: the hotel is clean and quiet like most hotels in Bhutan. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we went to them for help.
Rooms: rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Along with a king bed there is a coffee table with two chairs. A dressing come study table with chair. An almirah with enough space for two persons clothes to hang. The bathroom was clean and offered warm water also.
Restaurant: they have a brilliant restaurant with amazingly delicious Indian food. We called the chef to congratulate him and ended up eating there the rest of the meals in Phuentsholing. However, the service is very slow, they might take up to one hour to serve your order.
Pricing: we paid a very very low late in comparison if what we got.

A decent place to stay in Phuntshling. The rooms were clean, cozy and neat. It has all the basic amenities except wifi. The staff were very eager and helpful especially room service. Only draw back was that i guess the lady at the reception was new and sent in a guest directly to our room without calling to confirm our consent. Beside that the stay was delightful. Its not exactly in the city centre but it takes just 2 minutes to walk down.
