Very spacious as well as neat & clean. It's only about 200 meters away from the immigration office at Phuentsholing.

Good Room, hot water in tap, with bath tub, 2 beds and with Pvt fridge/bar which has cold drinks, juice, beer and wine. Ema datshi- Bhutanese food I tasted was also good. Note: charges applicable for the drinks in the fridge, although it's reasonable.
Overall experience is all good..

A park along with a temple in front of the hotel added privilege to it. The room has wooden floor which keeps the floor warm in such cold weather. And the food was way too much tasty. But the blanket kinda' smelled which was pretty annoying. Other than that, very good and convenient hotel to stay in.

Situated at Phuentsholing, Bhutan. Hotel staffs are ok. Food corner is best but room is not cleaned. Bed sheet has lot of marks.

Terrible experience. Someone else was sleeping in our room when we got back in the night. I've never stayed at a place where the the staff is so rude, blatantly lying on your face and providing no help whatsoever. This must be one messed up place. First the room service guy says no we can't have another blanket, then get it an hour later. Comes in without knocking. Says drinking water isn't available when we come back after dinner. Vehemently denies taking our room keys saying we never left it at the front desk. Then we find out another man is sleeping in our suite room with our luggage still inside. It was already past 10 that night, so we checked out first thing in the morning.
