Great place to stay in Bhutan. Service levels are superb! Loved the heated pool and river front. The staff left no stone unturned to make us feel comfortable.

Beautiful Hotel. Scenic location. Courteous staff. Amazing varieties of food.
Bathroom / Toilet doesn't have latch. It's openable from room and leaves a visible gap !! Not suitable for a groups stay. Mgmt must make improvement.

This hotel blew me away! It is stunning and the staff is elite and treated us like family. Our massages were AMAZING! My husband is a professional athlete and he said it was like a treatment from a pro PT. The food is delicious - Indian breakfast..YES! The beds are like supportive clouds and I wish I could have stayed a week! Thank you!

Truly a starwood hotel with great view and finest service.
The ambiance is spellbinding right from the the gate till the bed. Setting in the lobby is breathtakingly beautiful.
The menu at their Latest Recipe is a feast to your eyes even before you can fill your plate.
If you want to be further pampered then Bamboo Chic is the place to be. They make you feel like a king and serve you the best of their authentic recipes.
Kids on the other hand will never forget the great selection of ice-cream at the Latest Recipe and the heated swimming pool.

Beautiful week appointed rooms, very helpful staff. It has an good spa with excellent therapist (a tad expensive, but it's the Merdian, so can be expected). The buffet spread is very good with good service. A morning walk down to the river front relaxes you immensely.

It was simply amazing heated water pool was cherry on pie food excellent with great choices courtsey magnificient will love to visit again and again especially the personal touch with conversation during lunch and dinner made us to be on home away from home.

Our family had a dinner in one of the restaurant Bamboo Chic. The ambience of the dinning hall was relaxing. The preparations were very much tasty, portions were quite adequate and the presentation was lovely. The green tea was authentic. Thanks to Chef Mr Lhaba and Ms Phutitsho Choden for making our dinning experience a great.

Arriving at this hotel after some time in Nepal and the test of Bhutan we felt like we had come home. This hotel is beautiful inside and out and had service to match. I cannot praise this property highly enough. As a Starwood platinum (for life) SPG member I was made to feel like a VVIP. This property made the end of our time in Bhutan very special. Thanks so much, would return in a heart beat.

Amazing property with views of the river. Direct personal access to the river and you can just sit on the banks or walk, to your taste !
