The restaurant can be improved. They can install a "fly trapper"else so manyfeels so irritating. The resort is beautiful otherwise

Excellent place to be.. the riverside is awesome. The hospitality is beyond compare. Have never been treated better. The rooms are nice and large. Good sized bathroom. Excellent food. The gift shop is reasonably priced. Mr Kendel is exceptionally unforgettable. Makes you want to go back to the place again.

Awesome place to be . Place is so beautiful at River side surrounded by mountains .they have beautiful cottages to stay in . Restraunt is serving very tasty food at quite reasonable price . Must visit .

Yes nice place. Was there before the season took off so it was very pleasant. Was told that Kichu gets very busy during the Spring Summer season. Good spa with reasonable prices. Book early so that you get a nice massage after your outing to the Tiger's Nest. Great food, attentive staff and its got a fire place in the dining area. We were that late winter! Rooms are cosy and a bit rustic. I would go back there! The manager Jimmy is an outstanding example of Bhutanese hospitality!

This resort in PARO is nicely tucked away and have an awesome view of the mountains and access to the river which is opposite the resort.

The general manager and staff of this resort are friendly and efficient.

One of the nicest places to stay in paro. Kichu is huge property with good parking area. You'll have to walk a bit to get into your rooms. Room service is not that great. The hotel is facing a river, so during the day one can go and sit on the bank of the river and do the needful :)

SPOILT THE NAME BECAUSE OF SOTC
Never to book this hotel for a group through SOTC . It doesn't gives us adjacent room as well as rooms of same standard. Hate the tour of Bhutan through SOTC. Also doesn't take us to every point of paro sightseeing .
But the services of the resort were good enough . Cultural programme was interesting.
