  Rooms and location is Ok but service quality is pretty bad/non-existant. Restaurant is there but most of the food items are not available most of the time. It's advisable to book other hotels in the same price range.

  Room heater was provided but not extra blanket for my 4 years daughter which was really embarrassing.

  A good, well maintained and neat hotel. The corner rooms have windows on 2 walls and have a good view of the school on opposite side of the road. The rooms behind have okay views. The restaurant is good. The staff is helpful. The hotel is well located near an upscale market and city Square

  Hotel looks good from outside but rooms are too small that one king size bed can not fit in the room. Cot is too small for two person. Bed quality is worst and bed will jump for the whole night. I could not able to sleep in that jumping bed for both the nights.
  The worst hotel in Bhutan. Better to avoid it.

  Rooms are two good but Room service is not so good. Lift is not working. We have two senior citizen and they allotted rooms in 5th floor. We face problem.

  Rooms are plain, simple and beds are comfy. It's OK place for 1-2 nights. And yes need to order food in advance otherwise wait for ages.
