Hotel is good for stay only. Food is not good. Restaurant staff is not good. Staff is not cooperating.

It's a nice place to stay in Thimpu. Buffet breakfast is too good. It's not exactly a Riverside hotel, you can just see a small river downwards. Facilities are all good, rooms are clean and washroom has a bath tub also. Staff is courteous and takes care of your needs.

It is a hotel next to the main road little away from the main city area. The rooms are spacious and some have excellent views of the mountains. The staff is courteous and food is reasonably OK.

Good place to stay if you're only looking for a place to stay at night and nothing else. But if you're expecting food, you'd be really disappointed. These people expect you to make an order for dinner as early as 4 or 5pm and to order a breakfast the previous night itself. Also the hotel seems to have just one menu card for the entire hotel. It's really a pain dealing with the reception staff who told us room service is closed as early as 9PM when we called them. They refused us an extra bed we actually paid for. We had to go down and make a scene to get it.

The Hotel was nice
Clean and organised
But I deducted 1 star due to their service
The attitude of the staff was not so good and the service wasn't comparable to the beauty of the hotel.

This is a new property.. Not so far from the main city market.. Very good view of the football stadium.. Karaoke bar for hotel guests where you can hv good time with your familyThe hotel staff is warm and friendly..
