This place is situated in the lush green surroundings of Thimpu, Bhutan. Located in a peaceful area, the name justifies it's name. Different types of flowers specially the roses will catch your attention real soon. The staff is also very cooperative.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location if you like it quiet and far from the madness of the capital. Food is good too. Experienced a power failure one morning, took about half an hour or so to restore. The reception can be quite packed with groups of visitors, and unfortunately that’s where we can access the WiFi so it get can a bit cramped.

The place is very nice but quite a bit distance from the market area.so if you need anything,you have to either call a taxi which is 300 rupees while going and 150 rupees while coming back.But my 1 star rating is because of the fact that the staff misplaced my immigration paper's and were quite adamant in not believing that I haven't received the paper's.But in the end they found the paper's in the counter itself.because of that I cancelled my journey to Paro.but all the other staff's, waiter's etc were very courteous.

The name itself describes how you feel once you reach here. Reaching here may be a bit tricky, but my guide is well experienced and took us without any hassles. We received with very warm welcome by the people here with a smile. All the employees are very friendly and happy to help. We are glad that our travel agent booked this place for our stay in Thimphu, Bhutan.

One of the best resorts in Thimphu, they provide tasty food, rooms are large with good facilities, it is a tourist friendly hotel. Would like to visit it again.

The good:
The location. If you prefer a place far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this place is perfect.

The staff are very courteous and hospitable. We had a large suitcase and had to go up two flights of stairs and the ladies there wouldn't let us carry it - even though they were breathless. They seem happy and it shows in their work.

The rooms. They are clean, airy, comfortable and well maintained.

The bad:
The location. If you want to see the Bhutanese night life, you may want to stay closer to the city center.

The food. You have to order the food well in advance. We found all the quantities less than sufficient and there was a mixup in the final bill (an innocent mistake but one they refused to admit till they finally found proof themselves).

Bad experience. We stayed there as a group of 14 people for 2 nights but were not at all happy. They were short of desserts and we were charged extra for 2 roots and 1 ice cream which we deserved as their desserts were limited in stock. Not recommended

It's a very peaceful place located in the best place surrounded by nature. Staff in the hotel are very cooperative. They serve really good veg food (for vegetarians). The room service is also very good. The stay was beyond my expectations. Definitely a very good place.
