Came to know about them through a friend and visited Bhutan from 23rd to 29th March. Harish the manager is very honest and takes care of every minute detail. The hotels provided to us were very good and within our budget. The driver was aslo very friendly.

Owner is Honest. But make sure that they are not providing you the Driver name Rajiv for your trip. Rajiv is a very arrogant, irresponsible driver. He is alone enough to spoil your trip. He will ask for his own Hotel charge from you. He will not pick up the phone when you will not able to trace the car. Always you will see he will tell that his phone was on charge. When you will ask him to stop the car on a particular spot in between for mere photography, he will tell you that he has got some work and have to reach the destination earlier. Beware that even you are not travelling with Gemini but with other tour agent from Jaigaon for Bhutan Trip, make sure Rajiv is not your driver.

Had to cancel my trip. Didn't refund back my amount. Trip is one month later. They are not paying back refund.
