Poor service and maintenance. Room size is ok but mostly uncleaned. Some furnitures were broken. They don't provide any drinking water bottles at room, you have to buy from outside. Bathroom is dirty and sometimes dark colored water comes out which is totally unusable. After complaining, the staffs didn't bother to take necessary care.

Terrible Experience totally wouldn't recommend to stay here. More cons than even wouldn't call pros.

CONS
1.NO WATER EARLY IN THE MORNING
2.MEDIOCRE BREAKFAST
3.TRASH SERVICE OR I'D SAY NO SERVICE
4.SAYS THAT IT HAS FAST AND FREE WIFI BUT ITS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 7-30 TO TO 12PM AND THE WIFI YOU GET THEN IS EVEN WORSE THAN WIFI YOU WOULD GET IN 2007.
5.NO LOCK IN WASHROOMS
6.OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE YOU WON'T WANT TOSTAY HERE EVEN FOR FREE.

SO CALLED PROS
1. OK ROOMS. SPACIOUS ENOUGH TO STAY.
2.CENTRALLY LOCATED BUT YOU'D GET WAY BETTER HOTELS THAT ARE CENTRALLY LOCATED IN THIMPHU.

OVERALL ADVICE- DON'T EVEN STAY HERE FOR FREE

Worst place to stay in Thimpu.. no service no good food and they don't even care that guest is having trouble, they were like " jo hai ussme adjust karo, aur to nai hoga". WiFi also they start from 7:30-12 only and that to not working properly. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE TO STAY.

This hotel has no Star rating, though we were told that we will be put up in at least 2 Star hotels. Wifi in the hotel works only for 3 to 4 hrs. Early in the morning, you will have to wait for water to flow through the faucets in the washrooms, because the overhead tanks are being filled up. The washrooms are not very tidy. The room door will not close with the latch automatically, until you lock from inside. The only positive thing about the hotel is that it is centrally located in the city.

I was in 89 on 4th & 5th Oct. this October, Very worst experience about their service,even they don't want to provide mere drinking water if you not take food from themon 5th, they stopped water in bathroom for minimum 4 to 5 hours.. One thing is also there, at night a lot of big rats do come & spoil food stuffs & tamper the luggages but inspite of informing, hotel authority has no such concern about this problem.. I'm totally hopeless.

On 7th October.17 Checked in in R. No. 207. No electricity and water supply till 5-30 pm. Later found that all the hotel lights are on at 5-30 except my room. Hard to found the front Desk Manager and House Keeping person. After half an hour a hotel boy identified that the power key plug is absent with the key and tried otherwise to swich on it. The inside locking part of the door is broken, managed by a hatch. Next day morning we left the hotel at 8-00am.In Room No. 402, which, our co-travellers occupied, was out of water supply till then, so compelled to use our wash room. Same was reported from other rooms also. The position of the hotel is at the heart of the city. Rooms are good, but not well maintained. The wash room was dirty in R.No. 207, but fine in R.No.402. Manager is quite conniving in nature. No WiFi services.

The hotel ambience is very nice but the staff are not helpful. The breakfast was not so good . But rooms are very nice spacious and clean .No water services to rooms . No wifi .

the management is facing problem to provide indian food but this is not a big deal.
staff is good and very polite.
clean, big in space and warm enough rooms
free wi fi at reception area.
24 hours running water. .
what you want more. over all a good place to stay in.
