Gelephu Fishery Area

  It’s been 2 decades that I haven’t been there. As a boy growing up in Gelephu, I often found that place fascinating getting to see a wide pool of water with ripples made by the fish under the water. I often looked forward to the field trips there organized by my teachers. We used to go there in on foot with colourful satchels on our tender backs carrying packed lunch and bottled water. On such trips, we used to get access to see fish breeding facility too and see swine sties.
  
  I will definitely go there and assess the changes once I set my feet there again.
