  After an arduous 8 hour drive from Thimphu the friendly staff made us a perfect traditional Bhutanese diner. Complete with fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt, chicken, pancakes and of course Ema Datshi.
  
  The place is upstairs on the second floor and also boasts the quality coffee and the only espresso machine in town.
  
  This is a small town so it wouldn't hurt to walk on by and make a reservation for a meal. The lead cook is very accommodating and skilled.
