  It is the state bank of Bhutan. The branch in Samtse is known for its range of savings and loans to their customers.
  
  The plus side to the bank is, its service is improving although the ATM facilities can be sometimes annoying. I hope it grows in strength and provides great customer-oriented services.
  
  On the not so good side, I still have a bitter experience coming to its services. Once I obtained a small loan Nu 50,000/- and I had to wait almost a month to get the cash even though all the paperwork and approvals were sought early on. And the employees on the desks (particularly some women) need to learn some presentation skills while dealing with their valued customers than act like they own the entire bank. A little courtesy will go a long way in securing the loyalty of the customers.
