Staff were very good. Did was pretty good also. Atmosphere by the sea is very nice.
One star given as the red rated terrapin in the lobby of the restaurant is in a tank that is too small and has no method to exit the water. This is a semi-aquatic species which needs to be able to bath outside the water 25% of its life. At present the terrapin is constantly swimming at the edge of the tank restlessly.

I loved the view and the location. The food was good and the menu had some very creative ideas along with a good splash of the island cuisine. The service may not have always been what we are use to in the U.S., but they were efficient and courteous.

The food was okay. Nothing too special. Wait staff could use some lessons on service. A smile wouldn't hurt every once in a while.
