I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant. Everything was perfectly prepared. They have the BEST conch fritters on the island. I made multiple trips here, just for the conch fritters. The service was professional and courteous. The only down side is the layout of t y e restaurant. It tends to be a little stuffy. But a great place for delicious food, wonderful drinks, and to get out of the heat!

Food was tasty but pretty pricy for what you get. The martini was nothing to brag about but the margaritas were really good.

Such a nice place! Good atmosphere, the food is delicious and their drinks are fabulous. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too, so after trying a couple of other restaurants in the area we ended up going back there several times. Warmly recommend the nacho supremo for starters and their frozen mojito:)

The food is quite good, certainly better than most restaurants in Port Lucaya. We've eaten here a few times now, and the service is just "okay". Maybe they don't have enough staff on, I'm not sure. We have had minor service issues each time. For example, yesterday we had a second server come by, we asked for one meal to go and the dessert menu. Then a while later our server came with our to-go order and our bill. No dessert I guess

The "awesome chips" were really good - we'll definitely be back. Prices were reasonable, about $10 a plate or so, beers were $4, which is about average for the location.
The service was outstanding though, best we've had in the Bahamas.

As a frequent guest at Agave restaurant, I'm pretty familiar with their food. They offer a variety of latin cuisine, mixed with some local dishes. This review serves to represent the quality of food and overall experience in the restaurant. The waiters/waitresses are attentive and check on guests frequently, but not so frequently that you become annoyed. The restaurant is dimly lit over the tables, giving guests a calm feeling for the duration of their meal.

Agave offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. Each giving a unique flavor. The food can be a little salty at times depending on what you order, but the taste is more or less consistent. There is also a bar on the interior and exterior of the restaurant. The prices could be cut down a bit for certain drinks, so I wouldn't say that the bar is somewhere you would spend your entire night.

As far as serving time goes, expect to wait an average of 15-25 minutes for your meal, depending on your order.

Pricing at Agave is what you would expect from a restaurant of this type and variety. You can comfortably feed two adults without breaking the bank or feeling like you've overspent.

Overall, Agave Latin Fusion Restaurant is a decent place to grab a quick meal with a loved one or small family. Don't expect to be wowed, but you'll almost definitely not leave disappointed.
